The Core
Through nonpartisan leadership development, intergenerational learning, narrative strategy, and community-driven innovation, we equip AANHPI leaders to respond to emerging challenges while honoring the knowledge of those who came before them. Our work helps communities build civic identity, economic agency, digital resilience, and the confidence to shape their own futures.
Our Work: Rising Local Leadership
Some of the most consequential leadership begins close to home. We prepare emerging and current AANHPI public servants to govern effectively, build durable community relationships, and lead beyond a single moment or position.
Launched in 2022, this initiative provides nonpartisan training, mentorship, peer networks, and opportunities for leaders to learn from one another across cities and states.

Our Work: Bridging Generations
Technology is changing faster than many families and community institutions can respond. At the same time, AANHPI elders are increasingly targeted by AI-enabled scams, financial fraud, deepfakes, and misinformation.
Bridging Generations turns trusted family and community relationships into a source of digital resilience. Through multilingual, culturally grounded workshops, we prepare younger generations to serve as trusted guides – helping elders navigate emerging technology with greater confidence, safety, and agency.
Developed alongside community partners and informed by research and evaluation, the program is building a scalable model for intergenerational AI literacy rooted in the places people already trust.

Our Work: Next-Generation Storytellers
Stories shape more than representation. They shape how communities understand themselves, whom they trust, and whether they see a place for themselves in civic life.
We develop emerging AANHPI creators, journalists, artists, and cultural leaders as next-generation civic storytellers. Through mentorship, funding, convenings, and hands-on learning, participants strengthen their craft while exploring identity, community responsibility, misinformation, and the movement of stories from local institutions to digital platforms.
Our goal is to reach a generation of storytellers equipped to build belonging, strengthen civic identity, and expand whose experiences shape public life.

Our Work: Community and Economic Agency
Strong communities need more than representation; they need the resources and capacity to shape their own futures.
We work alongside AANHPI entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and local organizers to strengthen small businesses, share practical knowledge, and direct attention and investment toward communities too often overlooked by traditional systems. Our approach connects economic security with civic participation, community trust, and long-term leadership.
